Taylor Swift shares the tracklist for her new album

Taylor Swift reveals more about her upcoming new album, which she shared the news about in her Grammy acceptance speech.

Now she has published the list of the songs that will be heard on the disc entitled “The Tortured Poets Department”, which will be released on 19 April. There will be 16 songs, while the album edition, which comes on vinyl, cassette and CD, also contains the bonus track “The Manuscript”.

Taylor Swift said in her speech that she has been working on the new record for the past two years. Those who had hoped that there would be some song collaboration with her Norwegian favourite, girl in red, will be disappointed:

Guest artists appear to be Post Malone on a song called “Fortnight” and Britain’s Florene + the Machine on another called “Florida!!!”, the photos shared by Swift on social media show.

A photo shows a handwritten sheet on which she has written “All’s fair in love and poetry … Sincerely, The Chairman of The Tortured Poets Department”, reports USA Today.

Taylor Swift was nominated for six Grammy awards and won two – including the very best, for the album of the year with “Midnights”, which she released in October 2022. Thus, she wrote herself into music history once again, since no one else has won this category so many times.
