The world unexpectedly circulated information about the death of the partner of Hollywood actress Sandra Bullock. Bryan Randall was 57 years old. It turns out that the couple was hiding the man’s incurable disease.
Sandra Bullock’s longtime partner has died. As stated in an official statement, Bryan Randall passed away after a three-year battle with an incurable disease, which he chose not to inform anyone except his immediate family.
Bryan Randall was a photographer. Sandra Bullock and Bryan Randall met in 2015 at the birthday party of the actress’s son, for which Randall was hired as a photographer. In the same year, the couple began to appear in public. In 2021, in an interview with Red Table Talk, Sandra Bullock admitted that Randall is the love of her life. Nobody knew that the couple had been struggling with the photographer’s illness for three years. It turns out that Randall suffered from ALS – amyotrophic lateral sclerosis. Not informing the world about the disease was a conscious decision by Randall, which was respected by everyone around him. A family statement quoted by People magazine said Randall passed away peacefully on August 5 after a three-year battle with ALS.
-Bryan has chosen to keep his ALS experience private, and those of us caring for him have made every effort to honor his request. We are immensely grateful to the tireless doctors who have navigated the landscape of this disease with us, and to the amazing nurses who have become our roommates, often sacrificing their own families to be with ours – we read in the statement.
Randall’s family has asked for privacy during this time of mourning. Sandra Bullock’s sister confirmed in her statement that the actress watched over her partner until the end, taking care of him in their home with the help of a gathered team of nurses with experience in caring for people suffering from ALS.
