When Marti Cifuentes was brought from Hammarby to Queens Park Rangers in October 2023, Kim Hellberg was signed a few weeks later as the new head coach of Hammarby.
Hellberg led Hammarby to a strong second place in Allsvenskan, two Norwegian clubs have seen the success.

According to Sportsbladet, both Brann and Molde have inquired about the possibility of bringing Hellberg to the Eliteserien. The Swedish media reports that the Hammarby coach has rejected both clubs.
It is more tempting to continue on Swedish turf and the fight for the Allsvenskan gold.
