According to Guinness World Records, Pearl is the world’s smallest living dog, with a shoulder measurement of just 9.14 centimeters. At the other end of the scale, we find Reggie, a Great Dane who measures a whopping 1,007 meters – and who holds the record as the world’s tallest dog.
Now Reginald “Reggie” Johnson, the officially tallest dog in the world, has met Pearl, who according to Guinness is the smallest dog breed on the planet.
